Because our items are personalized with your custom names, dates, and dedications, each piece undergoes precision engraving/weaving, thorough quality inspection, and custom packaging:

- Peak Holiday Seasons (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas): 3 to 4 business days.

In the rare event that a carrier damages your package in transit, simply take a quick photo of the damaged item and packaging, email us at info@evermarkkeepsakes.lol, and we will rush a complimentary brand-new handcrafted replacement to you immediately.
